What are Next Level Research products intended for?
All products offered by Next Level Research LLC are intended exclusively for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.
Are your products approved for human or veterinary use?
No. Products sold by Next Level Research LLC are research materials and are not represented as FDA-approved for human or veterinary use.
Who may purchase from Next Level Research?
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and must acknowledge that products are being purchased solely for legitimate research purposes.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
COA documentation is made available when applicable and available. Documentation may include supplier-provided testing information. Next Level Research LLC does not represent a product as independently tested unless corresponding independent testing documentation is specifically provided.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders under $100 are subject to our standard shipping charge. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on order volume, carrier conditions, holidays, and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has shipped.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Because of the nature and sensitivity of research materials, return and exchange eligibility may be limited. Products must be in their original, unopened, and untampered condition. Any vial with the tamper-evident top or seal removed, opened, broken, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for return or exchange.
If a return is approved, the product must be shipped back within 10 business days of return authorization to remain eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns unless the return is due to an error by Next Level Research LLC, such as an incorrect item being shipped or another verified fulfillment issue.
