Shipping Policy
Next Level Research LLC ships orders to eligible destinations within the United States. Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on order volume, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, destination, and other circumstances outside of our control. Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has shipped.
Orders under $100 are subject to our standard shipping charge. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Next Level Research LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Order Issues, Damage & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have a verified fulfillment issue, please contact Next Level Research LLC as soon as possible. Include your order information and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable so that we can review the issue.
Approved claims involving an error by Next Level Research LLC may be resolved through replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy at our discretion based on the circumstances of the order.
Do not discard damaged products or packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as photographs or additional information may be required.
Returns & Refunds
Because of the nature and sensitivity of research materials, return and exchange eligibility is limited.
To be considered for a return, products must remain in their original, unopened, unused, and untampered condition. Products with a tamper-evident top or seal that has been removed, opened, broken, damaged, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returns require authorization from Next Level Research LLC before being shipped back. If a return is approved, the product must be shipped back within 10 business days of return authorization to remain eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns unless the return results from an error by Next Level Research LLC, such as an incorrect item being shipped or another verified fulfillment issue.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed after the returned product has been received and its condition verified. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise determined by Next Level Research LLC in connection with a verified fulfillment error.
Order Cancellations
If you need to request cancellation of an order, please contact Next Level Research LLC as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If an order cannot be canceled, any applicable return request will be subject to the return and refund requirements stated on this page.
